The role

As a Designer, you will report to the Design Director or Associate Creative Director. You will support the delivery of market-leading work by interpreting creative briefs and developing innovative design concepts. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards across the studio and will have the opportunity to participate in pitch presentations.What you’ll be doing

Working with creative briefs developed by planning and account handling teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that meet client needs

Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients in a thoughtful and articulate manner

Adding value to design briefs by gathering information and data through research

Providing accurate time estimates for project completion to account handlers

Coaching and mentoring other members of the team where appropriate

What we’re looking for

Experience in delivering and winning client pitches

A good grounding in design principles and strong industry awareness

Adept at using the Adobe Creative Suite

A strong face-to-face communicator who can articulate concepts to wider teams and departments

The ability to self-manage and a can-do approach to challenging tasks

A reliable, self-driven team player who spreads enthusiasm
