Description
To provide business units with a specialised talent resourcing service, which is aligned to the business unit operating plan. To enable the business to reach its overall objective. To meet demanding hiring targets by managing end to end high volume recruitment processes, ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality and qualified candidates critical to Woolworths Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
Attract and source diverse profiles of talent to acquire the right person in the right role at the right time.
Effective screening, shortlist, and conduct candidate interviews with hiring managers for internal and external recruitment.
Targeted talent attraction, sourcing, talent pipeline and selection channels to diversify the mix of niche/scare skills and capabilities to enable the achievement of business objectives.
Align to the principles of transformation, equity and belonging to increase the visibility and access of opportunities.
Use different recruiting methodologies and partner with the Hiring Managers and Business partners to prioritize the most effective solution.
Own and actively manage job postings, current position updates, and stakeholder communication regarding open vacancies and candidate status.
Weekly internal updating, tracking, and reporting data inputs on vacancies.
Use recruiting data to influence stakeholders in line with business strategic objectives.
Ensure end to end recruitment steps are followed to promote compliance with all relevant legislation requirements such as EE Act.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Systematically measure, monitor metrics for own vacancies such as time to fill, time to hire, candidate and stakeholder experience.
Engage with External Recruitment Agencies and Related Processes
Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives/programs. Examples include but are not limited to recruiting tools requirements building, graduate programs and sharing best practices.

Minimum Qualification Experience Required
Strong sourcing and research skills to attract talent for scarce and specialist roles
2 - 3 years recruitment experience in Agency, financial or retail industry
3 - 5 years of experience as a high-volume recruiter and/or specialist recruiter
Experience in using ATS platforms and bulk hiring tools
Experience with recruitment campaigns or mass hiring drives
Knowledge of relevant legislation (BEE, EE, LRA and BCEA)
