The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a world-class dining experience. Working within a luxury reserve setting, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, driving team performance, and contributing to the overall success of the lodge's hospitality offering. Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality within a 4/5-star lodge, hotel, or restaurant environment
Demonstrated management experience leading food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest service
Must be willing to live on-site within a private reserve
Strong financial management skills, including F&B budgeting and profitability control
Experience with stock control, ordering, receiving, and maintaining par levels for beverage and food
Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospitality service team
Menu development experience beneficial within a fine dining restaurant environment
Solid understanding of stock takes, requisitions, and operational procedures
Passion for achieving excellence in luxury hospitality service delivery
