The role is permanent and offers the chance to work on a diverse range of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and project administration of HVAC systems, wet services and other building services.

Develop detailed designs from concept through to specification and documentation.

Oversee CAD and Revit personnel to produce professional engineering drawings and BIM models.

Contribute to the preparation and delivery of complex Revit/BIM models and associated AutoCAD drawings.

Requirements To be considered, candidates should have:

BTech or BEng in Mechanical Engineering.

2–10 years of experience in HVAC design and mechanical building services.

Strong technical ability to develop designs from concept to completion.

Professional registration is not mandatory– candidates in the registration process are welcome.

Experience with Revit modelling and BIM workflows is a distinct advantage.
