We are seeking an RFP Manager to oversee the development of proposals and responses to requests for proposals, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with organizational goals.Responsibilities

Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of the proposals, bids, and RFP responses, ensuring they are compelling, compliant and tailored to the client’s needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams, including sales, marketing, Legal, Compliance, Pre-sales etc. to gather necessary information and ensure content accuracy.Project Management: Manage proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates, ensuring timely submissions. Content Management: Develop and maintain a repository of templates, standard language and product collateral to streamline the proposal process. Analysis and Improvement: Review and analyze RFP losses to recommend enhancements to product or processes and refine proposal strategies based on past performance.Requirements

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, or a similar field Must be willing to come into the office on a hybrid model Flexibility with working hours and accommodating global team needs Preferred: APMP Bid and Proposal Management Practitioner Certification Experience: 5 years of experience in proposal management or a related areaSkills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in project management are essential.
