About Our Client The client operates within a multi-entity business environment including sectors such as FMCG, logistics, distribution, or high-pressure operational environments. The business requires high-level coordination across departments including Finance, HR, Sales, and IT.The Role: Executive Personal Assistant This role exists to provide strategic support and professional representation for the Business Owner and high-level decision-makers. It contributes to the business by managing complex diaries, monitoring compliance obligations, and overseeing strategic initiatives across several companies. The main focus areas include executive gatekeeping, business coordination, and the management of private and family affairs with absolute integrity.Key Responsibilities

Provide a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive PA to a CEO, Owner, or Director. Manage complex, multi-entity executive diaries and gatekeep high-level engagements. Prepare executive reports, meeting packs, and monitor deadlines and compliance obligations. Act as a professional representative when engaging with senior management in Finance, HR, Sales, and IT.Coordinate household staff, family logistics, private travel, and social commitments. Maintain a strict confidentiality agreement regarding strategic financial, legal, and private information. Work extended hours when required to meet business and personal commitments. About You

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive PA to a CEO, Owner, or Director. Proven experience within FMCG, logistics, distribution, or high-pressure operational environments. Advanced MS Office skills and a valid drivers license. Impeccably groomed, emotionally grounded, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.Sensitive to different cultures and able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Strong moral compass with a track record of handling confidential business and family matters. Calm under pressure, assertive yet respectful, and capable of managing strong personalities. Excellent relationship-building skills and diplomacy in sensitive situations.
