Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Minimum 3 years’ contact centre experience Proven live chat support experience (non-negotiable) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Customer-focused with a compassionate and professional approach Willingness to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00 (UK hours)What We Offer
