REQUIREMENTS: Btech/ BSc in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management 6 years technical experience and 4 years managerial SACPCMP Construction Management registration advantageous A thorough understanding of JBCC and NEC contracts Meticulous in document management and implementation of processesHigh degree of ethics and representation of company values Able to communicate at all levels and build on current relationships while able to forge new with professionals, clients, subcontractors and staff Great leadership qualities

DUTIES:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously ranging in value between 2 and 50 million rand Work fluently on CCS in generating and updating programs Compile and submit progress reports Manage and drive progress on sites Manage site management teams including OHS, Site Agents, Site Engineers and ForemenTake responsibility for project quality and QA documentation Represent the company in meetings Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best value Arrange and sign off on material requests Ensure that all sites are safe for work Handle all contractual and legislative correspondence timeouslyEnsure financial performance

HOURS:

Mon– Fri: 08:00 – 17:00
