Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and implement all repairs and maintenance activities for the Processing Facility within the constructs of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. Oversee the day-to-day performance of the Maintenance team. Manage all repairs and maintenance on the plant (preventative and emergency).Staff Management. Procurement, stores, and stock control. Site compliance. Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Technical). A Trade Certificate would be preferred. Proven technical experience. Good written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.Computer literacy (intermediate) in MS Office and Google Suite software packages. Project management and leadership skills. Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions. Willing to work overtime (including standby and call-out duties) and have 24/7 availability.
