Financial Controller / Junior Financial Manager, Cape Town

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end financial operations, reporting and controls

Deliver accurate management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis

Oversee audits, statutory compliance and donor/grant reporting

Manage cashflow, assets and financial risk

Lead and develop a small finance team

Skills&Experience

5+ years’ financial management experience (non-profit experience a plus)

2 years’ management experience – of a small team (2-5 people)

Strong working knowledge of SA tax, compliance and IFRS for SMEs

Advanced Excel skills and solid accounting system experience

Detail-driven, ethical and commercially minded

Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance (professional qualification advantageous)
