Who we are? Community Based Rehab Team is a local private practice and community based health service in Alice Springs (Established 2020). The term“CBR” was an original framework proposed by the WHO to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families and ensure their participation and inclusion in the community. This framework is at the heart of our core values, which is to deliver a ‘big picture approach’ tohealth care services and most importantly advocate for the health needs of members of the community.

Who we are looking for? Excellent opportunities for a Speech Pathologist/OT/PT to join our private practice and community based role. This is an exciting and rewarding role. The successful applicants will enjoy working in a fun, professional and vibrant team delivering top quality services to the Alice Springs and remote Aboriginal communities. Training will be provided. The chosen Allied Health will have to be comfortable working within a team and also working independently.

Your role will involve:

Providing high quality evidence based OT /SP/PT services to help clients achieve their goals.

Writing excellent reports to advocate for client goals.

The role can be flexible (casual/part time/full time).

Be able to work independently and collaboratively.

A pathway to career progressions and roles.

Professional development (CPD) allowance such as external courses to expand your skill set.

Must be AHPRA Registered or where relevant (SP).
