Finance Manager, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full financial management, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

Lead financial strategy and commercial decision-making to drive profitability and business performance

Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements (VAT, PAYE, income tax, SARS submissions)

Implement and optimise financial systems, controls, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

Manage revenue assurance, including reconciliations and resolving discrepancies across multiple platforms

Oversee payroll, supplier payments, and cash flow management

Manage client billing, statements, and month-end financial processes

Maintain accurate financial records and support funding initiatives

Key Requirements

Finance related degree

CA(SA) (preferred)

2-3 years post-articles experience

Multi entity experience (advantageous)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hospitality/property experience (advantageous)

Strong commercial acumen

Analytical and detail oriented

Process improvement mindset

Leadership and ownership
