Retail Floor Sales– Electrical Department R15 000 CTC Purpose to drive retail sales within the electrical department while maintaining precise stock control and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Sales&Customer Service

Greet customers warmly.

Identify customer needs.

Provide technical advice.

Recommend correct tools.

Upsell related products.

Meet sales targets.

Handle customer queries.

Resolve complaints efficiently.

Stock Control&Merchandising

Monitor stock levels.

Replenish shelves daily.

Conduct stock counts.

Report low stock.

Check received stock.

Update price labels.

Maintain neat displays.

Minimize stock shrinkage.

Department Operations

Maintain aisle cleanliness.

Follow safety protocols.

Test electrical display items.

Assist with promos.

Wire basic plugs.

Cut cables to length.

Job Requirements- Experience&Education

Matric certificate (Grade 12) - not necessary

Hardware retail experience.

Electrical product knowledge.

Stock counting experience.

Skills&Competencies

Full-time position.
