Client Overview Our client is a UK-based legal consultancy that specializes in providing commercial, corporate, and compliance-related legal services to UK businesses, including SMEs and mid-sized corporates. With increasing client demand and the need to scale cost-effectively, they are exploring offshore legal talent that maintains high quality while reducing operational costs.

UK-based legal team

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice aligned with UK commercial and corporate law.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts under UK jurisdiction.

Advise on cross-border legal matters and compliance.

Collaborate with UK clients and internal teams in real time.

Candidate Requirements

Admitted attorney in South Africa (LLB + min.1 to5 years+ PQE).

UK legal qualification (Solicitor of England and Wales preferred) or demonstrable UK legal experience.

Strong command of UK legal systems, especially in commercial law.

Home office setup with stable internet connection.
