Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert, ensuring robust and reliable IT operations. Your core duties will include:

Architecting, maintaining, and supporting on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Windows Server and Azure environments.

Implementing and managing comprehensive security solutions, including ESET endpoint protection and Sophos Firewalls.

Leading the setup, administration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and networking systems.

Proactively managing client systems using RMM tools for patch management and remote monitoring.

Providing expert-level desktop support and serving as a technical escalation point.

Planning and executing IT projects from conception to completion, delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

We’re looking for someone with: (Must-Haves)

A minimum of 5 years of expert-level experience in Windows Server and Desktop Support.

3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience with Azure, Cloud Servers, and RMM/Patch Management.

Proven ability in Firewall (preferably Sophos) and ESET security suite setup and maintenance.

Excellent communication skills, a professional presentation, and a reliable vehicle.

A relevant IT qualification and certifications such as A+, N+, or Microsoft 365 Certified.

You’ll be a great fit if you also have: (Nice-to-Haves)

Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, Azure 900, or a Sophos Firewall certification.

Experience with PABX system maintenance and administration.

A proven track record of successfully planning and running client-facing IT projects.
