The programme is intentionally flexible, allowing individuals to take ownership of their learning and development while gaining exposure to different parts of the business before determining where they would ultimately like to specialise.

Candidate Requirements

Recently qualified or eligible-to-register CA(SA), CFA, or similar professional qualification advantageous

BCom / BBusSci Honours or similar qualification with strong academic results

1–2 years’ financial services / asset management / investments experience or recently completed articles preferred

Strong analytical and numerical ability

Genuine interest in investments, financial markets, and asset management

Strong communication skills and commercial acumen

Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and initiative

Sporting, entrepreneurial, leadership, or cultural achievements advantageous
