The Graphic Designer understands that great design today isn’t just about creativity — it’s about creating smarter. This role sits at the intersection of visual storytelling, performance marketing, and AI. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality digital assets that drive engagement and conversion, while exploring how tools, prompts, and automation can improve creative output at speed and scale.You’ll work closely with copywriters, video teams, and marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels, while helping shape how the agency integrates AI into the creative process. What you’ll be doing

Creating high-quality visual assets across digital channels including programmatic, social media, landing pages, and onsite Turning creative briefs into strong, effective design solutions aligned to campaign objectives Working closely with copywriters, motion designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, integrated campaignsUsing AI tools and prompt techniques to support ideation and accelerate creative production Building and refining prompt libraries, templates, and automated workflows Optimising creative assets to improve engagement, conversion, and campaign performance Maintaining consistent brand identity across all visual outputsSupporting campaign delivery alongside internal teams and external partners Keeping up to date with design trends, AI tools, and new ways of working What we’re looking for

Strong experience in graphic design across digital channels Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Hands‑on experience using AI tools for image generation and creative production Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted design workflows Familiarity with automation tools and scalable creative processesStrong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience in an agency, studio, or marketing organisation preferred Excellent communication skills and attention to detail A relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related fieldA portfolio demonstrating strong design work, including AI-assisted projects Why this role
