Job Description - Summary

Student employee needed to restock items, clean and provide support to the Knight’s Grill on campus.

Students must be enrolled in

AT LEAST 6 credit hours

to qualify for FWS Program

This is a part-time opportunity. Students may work up to 15 hours per week, depending on their unmet need on their FASFA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prep food orders for customers.

Help in the kitchen as needed.

Re-Stocking as needed

Follow food safety regulations

Clean and Prep serving area regularly

Cleaning of all aspects of the cooler, floor, machines, etc.

Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

General Qualifications

Dependable

Good work ethic

Pay attention to detail

Required Qualifications

Ability to stand 4-6 hours at a time.

Listen and follow directions

Preferred Qualifications

ServSafe Certification (not required, but preferred)

Previous Food service experience

Physical Demands

Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.

Sweep, Mop, and Clean as needed

Long Periods of Standing

In the knights grill, located on the bottom floor of A Building, on campus, $14.00/hour

Weekly Hours: Mon-Thurs: 7a-2p; Fri: 7a-1:30p
