If you aspire to an exceptional career in luxury hospitality, the Inspire program is the springboard for you!Graduated from a recognized hotel school or university within the last two years Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage service Fluency in spoken and written in English Flexibility, adaptability and resistance to stress Very good communication skills Flexibility and availability in schedulesTeam-oriented Customer Service Oriented Organized Ease of presentation and training Highly responsible and able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional telephone manner and demeanor.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy is a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. General missions: To constantly offer a professional, friendly and endearing service Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, monitor their levels and schedulesOrganize employee schedules Implement all necessary actions in order to provide a high-end quality service Master the offer of the menu, their garnishes, the content and method of preparation and master the promotion Handle customer complaints and report to their immediate supervisor Conduct pre-service briefings and maintain close links with the Head of DepartmentControl inventory for daily use in restaurants and bars to ensure service levels Lead by example and apply technical and emotional LQA standards Commit to the quality of its service, its discretion and its perfect honesty Strictly comply with hygiene and health regulations Comply with ergonomic work standards in accordance with health and safety rulesAdhere to departmental policies, procedures and service standards Comply with all security policies All other duties, as assigned. Specific missions
: F&B rotation across all food and beverage outlets Supervise the service team in collaboration with the Banquet service. Personally take care of guests and their food order requests Participate in all areas of required administrative work, including but not limited to: planning, opening/closing tasks, cleaning and maintenance checklistsBe present on the ground and lead by example as a warm and professional host Supervise the service team in collaboration with the F&B Management team. Personally take care of customers (reservations, seating, order taking, cashier duties if necessary) and ensure that colleagues under his/her supervision serve them efficiently Manage pressure and compelling demands from other departments in relation to inventory and budget managementBe exposed to the logistics and organization of the different F&B departments Understand the dynamics of the department and plan colleagues effectively Effectively plan and prepare the hotel and department for future audits.
