If you’re driven by creativity, technology, AI innovation, and meaningful design, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic international team.WHAT YOU’LL DO Design strategic, high-conversion digital experiences across multiple brands and platforms Create visually stunning landing pages, microsites, social media campaigns, email creatives, video content, and digital adverts Translate business goals into seamless user journeys, wireframes, andinteractive prototypesParticipate in design research, user testing, and creative reviews to deliver thoughtful UX-focused solutions Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and cross-brand visual consistency Integrate AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, and other emerging technologies into your workflowCollaborate with strategy, marketing, account, and technology teams to bring campaigns to life Lead projects from concept and mood-boarding through to final execution and delivery Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously within fast-moving timelines Assist with promotional video editing, photography, and videography where required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE&SKILLS 4–7 years of professional Digital Design experience within an agency, consultancy, or in-house creative team Strong UX/UI design understanding, including wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and conversion-focused design Advanced knowledge of:

Figma Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Modern digital design tools

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, design systems, and front-end design constraints Experience using AI creative tools to accelerate concept development and workflow efficiency Exceptional visual design skills with strong attention to detail Ability to think strategically while delivering polished creative executionStrong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
