An established food company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and labelling standards across all products and processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products, vehicles, and containers
  • Monitor temperatures and maintain cold chain compliance
  • Conduct quality inspections and sensory evaluations
  • Check packaging and label compliance
  • Report non-conformances and product issues
  • Assist with dispatch checks and product returns
  • Perform admin duties, filing, and label printing
  • Ensure equipment calibration and accurate recordkeeping
 Requirements
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • 2–3 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office)
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible to work weekends and night shifts when required
