KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform IFRS16 reconciliations (RECESH / Excel amortisation schedules to SAP) and movement / disclosure note schedules. Assist in preparing annual financial statements (CaseWare and Word)Prepare management reports for respective OU’s (operating units)Perform monthly reconciliation for selected balance sheet accountsAssist in business planning and quarterly submissions Ensure compliance with IFRSPerform adhoc analysis as required by management.Process adhoc journal entries as per SNOW requestsCollaborate with various stakeholders [internal and external] to ensure that accurate data is timeously recordedDeliver excellence, amidst tight deadlines

Requirements

Baseline:

NQF Level 7 (Degree in Accounting or equivalent).3 years’ experience in Finance functions.International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Knowledge.

Advantageous:

Studying towards HonoursNewly qualified CA(SA)2 years of relevant SAP FI experience.
