Commercial Specialist, Centurion

Our client has an opportunity for a Commercial Specialist based in Centurion.

Requirements:

• BComm in Finance or a similar qualification.
• Matric
• Code B driver's license.
• Experience in Facilities or Property Management would be advantageous.
• Numerical abilities.

KPAs:

• Financial Modelling Costing.
• Convert large RFQ's into figures through Excel.
• Effective tracking on all Soft and workplace related requests or calls.
• Work through large contracts.
• Break down complex costing for proposals while maintaining and understanding of commercial needs of the business.
• Reporting on all commercial matrixes including revenues, margins and annual projections.
