  • Preparation and understanding of Management Accounts
  • Administer the ERP System (Buildsmart)
  • Prepare numerous Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and post accounting journals
  • Overhead allocations to site and reporting on Actuals vs Budget
  • Managing Customer/Supplier Ageings
  • Preparing creditor reconciliations & Loading payments
  • Preparing Budgets, Forecasts and Cashflows
  • External Audit Assistance
  • Statutory submissions, reconciliations – VAT201 / EMP201
  • Reporting to CFO

 

  1. The candidate should be deadline driven and a self-starter that can work independently.
