Project Consultant/Business Analyst, Centurion

Skilled Project Consultant / Business Analyst is wanted assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. Engage with a range of business and technology stakeholders, translate business needs into detailed requirements, functional and process specifications to meet business objectives. Identify problems and opportunities, ultimately help design, and implement innovative solutions focused on delivering business value.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Membership and Contributions, Analysis and Management of projects in the Healthcare Industry.

• Experience and sound knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery models;

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification (advantage);

• Experience within Healthcare / Short Term Insurance / Life Insurance industry (advantage).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS:

• Contributing to the successful implementation of projects in order to achieve the business outcome;
• Helping business units implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders;
• Review business processes (with specific focus in membership management) in order to gain a complete understanding of current procedures, identify improvements, create solutions, document those processes, and connect business people to information technology group;
• Developing and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements specifications in line with standards;
• Conduct JAD sessions / workshops / meetings for gathering the requirements;

• Assist and /or facilitate with test plans, designing test scenarios, user acceptance, regression and functional testing based on system functionality;

• Take accountability for own performance and development. Engage in appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development;
• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have
