Steps to be placed on our database:

2. Telephonic Interview

3. Complete our Technical Assessment

4. After successful completion of each step you will be placed on our database

Brief job description:

Scope the detail of the project (Project Management and Product Scope)
Develop WBS and WBSD
Develop project schedule
Review provided control schedules by 3rd parties
Integration to a Master Schedule
Monitor 3rd party schedule as updated on a weekly basis
Monitoring and Control, Issues, Incidents, Critical path slippage and changes.
Provide reports on a weekly basis
Identify Risks and communicate to the Project Controls Manager for resolution/mitigation
Look Ahead Reports
Delay analysis from 3rd parties
Monitor any available free float
Develop S-Curves from 3rd party schedules and prepare overall S-Curve for the project
Assessing opportunities to optimize the schedule
Forecast impact and adjust schedule accordingly based on confidence in remedial and recovery actions
