Zwartkop, Centurion: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 5 years recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must
-Good administration- and drafting skills
-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of High Court & Magistrates Court Litigation documents, notices and pleadings
-General office administration duties (filing, data capturing, typing, opening of client files etc.)
-Manage legal records, files and fee schedules
-Correspondence with clients in Afrikaans and English
Salary: R 20 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
