Commerical Attorney - Law specialist, Centurion

Position available for a dynamic attorney with 4+ years post article experience, specializing predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters:

LLB degree

B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous

LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous

Strong contract drafting skills

Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).

Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.

Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).
