We're Hiring – Admin & Data Capture Clerk
Location: Monavoni, Centurion
Industry: Automotive Parts
A growing company in the automobile parts procurement sector is looking for a detail-driven Admin & Data Capture Clerk to support their operations and keep claims and workflow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Capture and update insurance claims on the company portal
-
Prepare and distribute WIP (work-in-progress) reports to clients
-
Follow up on claims and outstanding documentation
-
Collect, verify, and organise data from clients
-
Upload invoices, proof of payments, and related documents
-
Assist with new client onboarding documentation
Requirements:
-
Strong administrative skills with Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency (essential)

Analytical and numerical ability
-
Excellent communication skills – client-facing role
-
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
-
Valid driver's license and own transport (essential)
-
Prior experience in the automobile parts or insurance industry will be advantageous
Salary & Terms:

Salary: R18,000 per month

Type: Full-time, on-site position
-
Probation: Strict 3-month probation period
