Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Technical Manager based in Centurion.

Requirements

Matric

Code B driver’s license.

B Tech or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.

5+ years’ experience in Maintenance Engineering, CRM and Property Management.

Knowledge of Soft service, CRM, Property Management and Financial Management.

SAP knowledge- essential.

Proven experience as an Engineer Manager.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and instil effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance.

Manage staff and arising conflict.

Assist in the management of technical projects and provide technical support.

Monitor service provider performance.

Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff.

Ensure the utilization of available resource in various maintenance works.

Identify maintenance risks on client’s property and equipment towards evaluation and resolution.
