Sales Manager, Centurion

Sales Manager required in the Centurion that can lead and execute the regional sales strategy for a leading player in the residential real estate sector, specialising in mortgage origination, driving profitable growth, building key relationships, and exceeding targets within the home loan market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets aligned with company objectives.
• Drive new business acquisition, market share growth, and customer retention across various market segments.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including banks, estate agents, and developers.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support licensees with operational issues, channel disputes, and complex deals.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage regional P&L and ensure profitable growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Matric (essential)
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management (advantageous)
• 5+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
• Proven track record of managing successful sales teams and exceeding targets
• Experience in the home loan industry, Banking or Property
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Valid Drivers and own car required
• Willing to travel
