Duties and Responsibilities: Project Coordination&Support

Support the planning and execution of learning and development projects Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Assist with resource coordination and project logistics

Provides support to facilitators during program implementation

Learner Administration&Support

Coordinate learner recruitment, onboarding, and registration

Manage learner records and documentation

Ensure compliance with SETA requirements and timelines

Reporting&Documentation

Compile monthly project and training reports Track learner attendance, assessments, and progress

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Quality Assurance

Ensure all learner files and program documentation meet required standards

Support audit readiness and compliance processes

LMS Administration

Load learners and content onto LMS (Ziyana Academy)

Support users and facilitate basic system onboarding

Requirements

Higher Certificate or Diploma

Business Management

Learning&Development

HR/ Organizational Development

Project Management certification (advantageous)

Learning&Development / Training environment

OR Project Coordination / Administration

Strong administrative and organizational skills
