Electrical Technology Engineer, Centurion

Our client has an opportunity available for an Electrical Technology Engineer.

Requirements:

Eng, BSC (Eng) or B Tech degree in Technology Electrical Engineering or Electrical trade with National-N-Diploma.

Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa would be advantageous.

Registered as an Installation Electrician.

Matric

Code B driver’s license.

10 to 15 years’ experience in Design and Maintenance of Electrical systems, Emergency Power systems, Uninterruptable Power systems, Solar and Hybrid systems.

KPAs:

Lead, implement and manage the technology strategy through the development of an operational and leadership plan which is in line with the business tactical plan.

Review and development of all Engineering asset care assessment audit sheets with related implementation initiatives.

Approval of high-level designs, specifications, new technology implementation, Factory Acceptance Testing, undertake or assist with first and final handover of projects.

Incident investigation, problem solving and technical support writing skills.

Engineering Asset Life Cycle Management.

Develop and maintain asset maintenance strategies.
