1 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Clerk / Contact Centre Agent, you will: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat enquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Provide clear guidance on loan products, qualification criteria, and application steps. Update clients on loan applications, disbursements, and account details.Support customers with requests such as payment methods, refinancing options, and account status. Accurately capture client interactions in the internal system and ensure follow-ups are tracked. Collaborate with internal teams (Credit and Operations) to resolve complex issues. Escalate unresolved matters appropriately and follow through to resolution.Meet or exceed targets for customer service, resolution time, and satisfaction. Participate in training and coaching to continually improve service levels. Who Should Apply

Applicants should have: At least 1 year of experience

in lending, financial services, or customer support. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities and a customer-centric approach. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
