Senior Industrial Engineer, Centurion

Role Overview We’re looking for a driven and talented Senior Industrial Engineer to join us as part of our growing team at Meado.io. Key Responsibilities

Analyse and improve operational processes for logistics and supply chain clients, working closely with them to identify, design, and implement high impact solutions.

Collaborate with our developers to create cost‑effective cloud‑based optimisation solutions for last‑mile delivery businesses.

Build business intelligence solutions that provide lasting value to our clients.

Guide and mentor junior engineers and help them achieve their career goals at Meado.

What We’re Looking For

A high level of curiosity and the ability to apply first principles thinking when tackling new challenges.

Strong analytical skills with a comfort for iterative problem‑solving.

Professional and confident conduct when interacting with our clients.

Experience in logistics and supply chain is beneficial but not essential.

Experience in consulting, particularly in logistics and supply chain, is highly beneficial.

A strong sense of pride in delivering high‑quality work.

Qualifications&Experience

4 Year Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, candidates with other 4 year bachelor’s degrees in engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical etc.) will also be considered provided they have the necessary experience. Please note that BTech degrees or diplomas are not applicable to this role.

Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or similar (not required, but beneficial).

4+ years of experience in a similar field is required.
