Description
Job Title: Office Administrator 
A well-established organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative & Finance Assistant to support daily office operations and financial administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative duties while assisting with accounting and finance-related tasks using Pastel accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Process invoices, quotations, and payments accurately
  • Capture financial transactions on Pastel Accounting
  • Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and account management
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial documentation
  • Handle supplier and client queries professionally
  • Manage emails, scheduling, and office correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and policies


Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration and finance/accounting support
  • Working knowledge of Pastel Accounting software
  • Basic to intermediate accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
