The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

-20 plus years appropriate experience in the tailings field.

-BSc Geotechnical Engineering.

-Postgraduate qualification in soil mechanics and / or mineral residue design and management would be a definite advantage.

-MBA or related

-Registration with ECSA
