Body Corporate Accountant, Centurion

Overview

Hire Resolve, an HR consulting firm known for their expertise in recruitment, is currently seeking a skilled Body Corporate Accountant to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the success of the firm’s body corporate accounting services.

Responsibilities

Manage the financial operations of multiple body corporate entities. Prepare and analyze financial statements, income and expense reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor and review budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to resolve financial-related issues. Provide financial advice and guidance to clients. Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Body Corporate Accountant or similar role. Articles Completed Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
