Production/Quantity Surveyor, Centurion

Production Pr.QS / Quantity Surveyor (Insurance Experience) Salary: Market-related salary package based on qualifications and experience

Job Purpose Seeking an experienced Production Pr.QS or Quantity Surveyor with insurance industry exposure to manage costing, claims, valuations, and commercial aspects of construction and insurance-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, valuations, and project cost reports
• Manage insurance-related claims, assessments, and project costing
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control processes
• Liaise with clients, insurers, contractors, and project teams
• Review contracts and ensure commercial compliance
• Conduct site visits and assist with project evaluations
• Support tendering and procurement processes

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
• Pr.QS registration advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying
• Experience within insurance-related construction projects essential
• Strong understanding of costing, claims, and contract administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software
• Valid driver’s license
