About the Role

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring daily production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing health and safety regulations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth factory operations and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate factory workers during assigned shifts
• Ensure daily production targets and deadlines are achieved
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
• Enforce health and safety procedures at all times
• Manage shift attendance
• Train and support production staff
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate where necessary
• Maintain accurate production and incident reports
• Minimize downtime and reduce waste
