Reports To: Business Relation Manager
Location: Centurion
*Salary range dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.

Purpose of the Role
A highly organised and professional individual responsible for managing reception duties, providing administrative support, coordinating office operations, tender administration, preparing credit packs, and delivering executive assistance to the Construction Support Manager, Business Relation Manager and Finance Director. The role also includes managing internal communications, newsletters, and maintaining confidential financial and administrative records.Skills & Competencies:
Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong time management and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of credit pack preparation, tender administration, and financial administration.
Qualifications & Experience
At least diploma or Certificate in Administration, Office Management, Finance, or a related field. At least previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrator, Personal Assistant, or Tender Administrator. At least experience supporting senior management or executives is advantageous. At Least experience in financial administration, credit processing, or tender administration is beneficial. Apply:
