Short Term Insurance Underwriting Consultant, Centurion

A financial services company is looking for a Short-Term Insurance Underwriting Consultant for their insurance products. Preference will be given to persons with disabilities.

Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty by handling all administrative functions on an existing member's profile and by providing accurate advice regarding risk and cover.

Job Outputs:

• Policy administration
• Upselling on existing business
• Claims support and administration
• Retention of policies and customers.

Job Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric)
• FAIS credits on NQF level 4, as per FSCA legislative requirement
• Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5) -Representative
• At least 1-2 years proven Short- Term Insurance Underwriting experience in Personal Lines.
