Internal Security Officer, Centurion

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Indoor Security Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the workplace by monitoring access, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct searches of staff upon arrival and departure in line with company security policies
• Perform regular internal patrols and inspections of the premises
• Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures within the facility
• Oversee loading activities and stock returns to ensure accuracy and prevent loss or theft
• Report any suspicious activity, irregularities, or safety concerns to management
• Maintain accurate incident and daily activity reports

Requirements: 

• Must be honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Must have reliable transport to and from work
• Must be able to work rotational shifts
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Previous security or warehouse control experience will be advantageous

Working hours (Rotating Shifts):

• 06:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 00:00
