Fuel Station Site Manager - Midstream (Centurion)

Description Customer Service

Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere

Inventory management

Monitor fuel and product inventory levels

Order and receive supplies as needed

Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses.

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations, including fuel dispensing, store operations, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Implement and maintain control standards.

Staff Management

Manage staff

Compiling efficient shift rosters

Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Fuel Station Manager.

Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle.

Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Be able to work shifts and work on weekends.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Available to start as soon as possible.

Working Hours

Shifts: 07:00– 16:00 and 08:30 – 18:00 (Rotated weekly)

Every 2nd weekend (Saturday 07:00 - 18:00 and Sunday 07:00– 18:00)

1 Day off in the week to make it a 5-day week
