Our client has an opportunity available for an Internal Sales position based in Centurion.
Requirements
Matric
Competencies:
Ability to work under pressure.
Common sense and creative thinking.
Cheerful personality.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
Knowledge of Wage program.
Responsibilities
Process customer quotes and orders received telephonically or per email.
Communicate to customers about changes in the industry.
Assist sales reps with quotes, orders and customer enquiries.
Assist operations manager with quotes, orders, enquires etc.
Assist with month end stock take reports.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Assist debtor’s controller with account queries when required.
Assist with GRN’s scans and load documents to One Drive.
Assist with IT problems internal as well as for Sybaweb.
