Define job needs and craft compelling job ads. Source candidates through diverse channels and build talent pipelines. Screen, interview, and coordinate efficient interview processes. Develop partnerships with relevant institutions and associations. Manage offers, feedback, and reporting for effective recruitment outcomes.Minimum Requirements

4+ years recruitment experience: Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Strong South African recruitment network knowledge. Sales savvy in recruitment: Primary brand ambassador for the company. Human Resource Degree or equivalent
