What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of staff.

Ensure smooth daily operations across front and back of house.

Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.

Manage stock, inventory, and supplier relationships.

Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and maximize profitability.

Handle recruitment, training, and staff scheduling.

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and flair.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
