Retail Key Account Manager. This position will be based in Centurion, Gauteng. The primary focus of the role is to maximise performance of this key account in line with agreed strategies and business objectives and through strengthening business relationships with the key people in the organisation.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your key outputs include: Responsible for achieving the sell-on sales budget for the allocated Accounts and subsequent tasks required in achieving the set targets. Develop, implement and monitor Strategic&Tactical Business Plans and co-ordinate all appropriate resources to enable achievement of business objectives for the allocated Accounts. Responsible for utilising and planning investments to maximise business performance return on investment. Monitor and analyse the Account data and optimise continuous business performance as well as create business opportunities on local level.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Matric essential. Sales and Marketing qualification (highly advantageous) coupled with demonstrated experience in the FMCG Digital/Electronic/Print Retail sector in a related role. Minimum 5+ Years of key account management experience (in Digital/ Printing/Camera Retail). Computer literate. Fluent in English– essential requirement.Open to SA citizens with a clear criminal and credit history. Valid unendorsed Driver’s License is essential, with own vehicle (preferred). Must be well presented and have stature as he/she will be dealing with top management. IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES

Must possess an ownership mentality and a willingness to take responsibility for tasks through to completion. Attention to detail, goal orientated and a desire to achieve your objectives. Highly organised, good at multi-tasking and able to deal with people at all levels. Motivated and self-directed sales professional that can operate within guidelines assigned.Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude. Strong management skills. Presentation skills. Negotiating and influencing at all levels. Problem solving and decision making. Location: Centurion Profile: Sales and Marketing (KAM) Career Level: 4-6 years.Employment: Permanent, full-time E.E. / Non-EE: Open Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08H00 - 17H00 Remuneration: Market related basic + Commission, Medical Aid and Provident Fund.
