Key Responsibilities Operations Management
Manage day-to-day operational activities related to training delivery and learning programmes.
Support the development and implementation of annual training plans and schedules.
Monitor operational performance, including participation, certification outcomes, and training effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
Support innovation and the implementation of modern learning methodologies.
People Management
Lead and support operational teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and development support to team members.
Manage employee performance reviews and development plans.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met.
Provide operational input into planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in meetings and provide operational updates when required.
Financial and Reporting
Support monitoring of operational budgets and financial performance in collaboration with the finance team.
Contribute to reporting and analysis of operational performance and training outcomes.
Key Skills
Strong understanding of training operations and learning environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects
Strong report writing and presentation skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Learning&Development, or Education.
Postgraduate or professional certifications in Business Administration, Learning&Development, or Project Management are advantageous.
Demonstrated knowledge of training operations, curriculum development, and people management.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Learning&Development, assessment, or curriculum development
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role
