The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and execution. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. It includes working with technical, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Responsibilities: Understand and internalize/define the product vision, strategy and roadmap. Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements and the matching product unique selling points (USPs) Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs Works closely with technical, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are metHas technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise Is a market expert. Market expertise includes understanding the reasons customers purchase products. This includes a deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and buy your product. Product Managers need market research and competitive analysis skills to complete these tasksDefines what to solve in the market needs document, where you articulate the valuable market problem you’re solving along with priorities and justification for each part of the solution Runs beta and pilot programs as well as regular reviews and checks with customers to ensure that the product meets the customer expectationsAct as the product’s leader within the company Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures Plan and supervise new product implementations/rollouts Define and prioritize customer segments/markets for the product Ultimate responsibility for product pricingand pricing policiesDefine marketing strategy and plan for the product Provide and continuously update product sales forecasts Ultimate responsibility for Supplier relationship Oversee supplier contract and/or target negotiations Oversee that supplier required reports and/or requests and questions are attended to professionally and timeouslyPresent quarterly business reviews (QBR) to management and/or suppliers Supervise, review, and approve purchase orders (POs) Supervise and provide relevant internal training Supervise and/or provide customer training Desired Experience&Qualification

Requirements: Must be proficient with English and Afrikaans Completed Matric Completed course in Project Management - highly beneficial Own reliable transport with a valid drivers license South African with a valid South African ID 4+ years Technical experience along with experience in Customer Service / CareMust be able to manage time, projects and information Strong communication required (verbal and written) Natural problem solving abilities Must be able to sustain pressure and be self-motivated Willing to work overtime as needed Travel may be required for this position Package&Remuneration

The Position:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to be based permanently in Centurion. The pay range on offer is R45 000.00 to R50 000.00 Package Per Month. Interested?
